These pics are a little late but I forgot I took them. Before we really got into anything we originally went into the hospital thinking that it was going to be quick and that we’d be home directly. It’s funny now but back then we were really naive. First of all we thought we’d have the baby same day, that was Thursday, and that we’d be home by Friday or Sat latest. Boy were we wrong. Mostly we did a whole lot of waiting, nothing significant really happened until the following day.

You guys know how it all ended up with the c section and 6 days in the hospital, so I won’t rehash all that. Whats funny though is as you look at the pics you can see that at first we were bright eyed and bushy tailed.. even goofy. But as time goes on we start looking tired and worn out. At one point you’ll see a pic of Phia when the really bad contractions started. You can see it on her face. That’s pretty much when the pics stop, that’s because at that point the waiting stopped and we both had to get our heads in the game.
