Okay so this picture is from back in 2004 when Phia and I went to Puerto Vallarta on vacation. Back then after we got our pics back in passing, I jokingly mused that this guy looked like Harrison Ford (who happens to be a hero of mine BTW. Hello Han Solo and Indy, c’mon). Anyway neither Phia or I remember actually seeing this guy while on the boat and he just happened to be in frame. I had all but written it off, but recently I was looking at this set and came across the picture again. This time it left me thinking, man that really looks like Harrison Ford, WTF?… Is that him?? Once you get past how ridiculous I look in my snorkel gear … I’ll give you a moment to stop laughing. Okay, done? Good, now look at the guy and tell me it’s not him. I’ve blown it up so you can see it better and below it is a pic of the real Harrison Ford for comparison. What do YOU think?

Nada. He’s always had a piercing. In the look-a-like photo there is no earring or piercing.
Very amazing similarities though.

Piercing removed, hair sucks and facial hair grown in all as an elaborate disguise that allows him safe passage to Puerto Vallarta without being bothered for autographs and pictures.

We saw HF back when Rebecca was 1 yr. old, and when Gregory was 7. At our small Blairstown Airport down the hill, from us, on Lambert Rd. We were there breakfast, for Greg’s 7th B-day on Oct. 8th 2001. We were sitting down at a table on the right side next to the windows, so Greg could see the planes taking off and landing, in the middle, of the “Runway Cafe”. Then we heard the a very loud sound like a Helocopter. It sounded so close like it was going to land on the Cafe’s roof. Then who comes walking in but HF, with 3 of his British accented buddies. The 4 of them sat down in the very last table in the back. And I was caught by suprise, “Oh, my gosh! it was HF.” And I did not realize how tall he was. He must have been over 6′. With a crue cut, salt & pepper hair, a 5:00 shadow,and a baseball cap. He ordered a BLT sandwich, on whole wheat. Then he got up and went to pay the bill. He was walking towards us. When he was next to our table. I asked him if he was Harrison Ford, who played Indiana Jones, in his movies. (For Greg did not believe me, when I told him who he was, because he looked different). And he said, “Yes I am”, in a deep voice, and smiled. I almost fainted, for he was so handsom, but he looked much older then in the movies.(I guess, they have him wear make up and dye his hair for the movies). Rebecca was sitting in a highchair at the end of our table, in the isle. Then with his left hand’s index finger he took her left hand, bent down and shook her tiny little hand and said “Coochie, Coochie, Coo, Pretty Little Girl. What’s Your Name?” And he smiled again. And I said, “Her name is Rebecca”, Then I asked him if he would sign the paper menu for Greg. So he did, and said “Here you go Greg!”. Then as he walked buy again, he said “Good Bye”,and waved,then they all left. We followed them outside and watched them fly away, in his helocopter. It ws like a dream,sureal. People at the A&P in town had seen him in there.And that he had a house on Hogland Rd. in town, back then they were rumors. His facila features are the same except, for his ears, look different. Did you listen to his voice? Did it sound the same as in the movies? He had no earing when we saw him, back in 2001. Please, let me know. Also,who is the baby in blue in the sumbraro? That’s an incredible story Mary. How cool is that. I love Harrison Ford, he seems like a good guy. Plus he’s Indiana Jones and Han Solo. Does Greg still have his autograph? I’m pretty certain the guy on the boat just looked like him, I don’t think it really was him. If it was I would have be extremely excited!
