Like I can’t like believe what happened this weekend! Phia and I went to Disneyland and they were ummm like filming this parade or something and ZOMG ull never guess who was there LOLZ! It was Seacrest AAAANND the Jonas Brothers!! Bet ur sooooo jealous!!
I know everyone is super upset that they didn’t get to see these icons of pop culture up close and personal, but hey that’s why I have a camera, so I can share these amazing moments with you all!! It turns out that they filmed the Disneyland parade which airs, … you guessed it, on Xmas day. Apparently they film it in Early November? So anyway that’s why the “stars” came out. My highlight of the day was surprisingly not seeing Ryan Seacrest up close, it was seeing the stars of Beverly Hills Chihuahua!! Oh yes and I have pics so check them out below!
So as you can tell we did indeed go to Disneyland this weekend, and despite our star studded affair it was surprisingly not too crowded. Phia and I pretty much rode anything we wanted at will and spent the whole day (14 HOURS) meandering between both parks. It was really nice out, kind of hot but super nice. Imagine, around the country the weather sucks right now, but in CA it’s always summer. I love it here!
We finally got a chance to see Brytni, Phia’s niece, who is a face character (Snow White) do her thang. She was really great, she looks the part and she’s amazing with the kids. they all lined up for a chance to greet her and take pics, it was really cool. Brynti was also kind enough to sign us in, so many thanks to her for getting us into the parks on such an awesome day.
We actually followed through on our promise to ourselves to go cheap and we walked over to McDonalds and got some snacks to get us through the day. Great idea, we usually spend about 80 bucks on corn dogs, but getting supplies to hold me over was a lifesaver! Like I said it was not crowded and we rode pretty much everything we wanted to. We even did some shopping in Downtown Disney, jetted back for the Fireworks display and closed the evening with the Haunted Mansion which was still decked out in the Nightmare before Xmas stuff. By that time it was 11 and it was time to roll out. It was a super fun day!
